Cancellation Policy for Individual Registration Programs

We value your participation in our programs and aim to provide the best possible experience for all attendees. To ensure smooth program planning and execution, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation Deadline

A refund is available after the close of registration up until 3 days before the program commences. In some cases, a cancellation deadline for each program will be specified in the registration confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

Withdrawal After the Cancellation Deadline

If you withdraw from the program after the deadline, the full registration fee will be charged and is non-refundable.

Where illness prevents attendance, no refunds will be available. However, a credit towards future DAV programs will be provided if the DAV is notified before the program commences each day.
